Please note that tongue is planted firmly in cheek.
My comment is, in no way, an attempt to equate Carter and Arafat. I may disagree with him philosophically but I do believe that he is a good man with good intentions (most of the time).
Not so sure about that Nobel Peace Prize nominating commitee, though...
